Both are free to download. Hyper Survive 3D sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Trainee War asks for nothing beyond the download.
Hyper Survive 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hyper Survive 3D has 8.9K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Trainee War's written reviews are positive against 14% of Hyper Survive 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Trainee War ships an update every 9 days, Hyper Survive 3D every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
