Get guided into a more happy and self-confident version of yourself. MindMends uses a novel combination of a passive (self-affirmations) and an active method (journey & challenges) to get you the best of both worlds. Based on scientific psychological literature that shows it works! What is the app designed to do? - Help you to be more happy with your life (even if you already are ;)) - Help you increase your confidence - Help you to be more social - Just live a more healthy life overall But the main part here is your own work that you're willing to put in. The app simply is a helpful tool, but it can not magically make you better, only you can. MindMends is a self-help app designed & coded by one person who really wishes to help people enjoy their life to the fullest :) Security disclaimer: This application is only meant to support the user in their improvement, but they have to bring intrinsic motivation with them for this to work. Your life is a web. Strengthen every strand. Webbr is a self-improvement app built on real benchmarks. Eight life strands. One hundred levels. Each level maps to your real percentile among American adults — Level 50 is median, Level 90 is top 10%. Pass real-world gate tests to level up: bench press 1RM, income verification, books finished, miles run. An AI coach that actually reads your data. Two specialists, both science-backed, both anchored on what you have actually logged. Training Coach reads your last sixty days of working sets, your weight trend, every PR, your physique scan, and your active plan. Ask "should I bump bench to 235?" and it answers from the data: top set last week was 225 × 6 at RPE 7, add five. Tap to apply. The change stages as a card you review on Training Plans before any plan data mutation. Diet Coach reads every meal you have logged — fourteen days of foods, macros, meal types, fasting windows. Ask "what should I eat tonight to hit my protein?" and it pulls from your saved recipes, your remaining macro budget, and your training schedule. Plateau detection runs nightly. Refeed timing comes from Trexler 2014, not vibes. Mid-workout, a floating coach chip on the active-workout screen answers in under two seconds. RIR-RPE driven. "I felt a tweak on squat" stops the lift. "Those felt easy" bumps the load. Volume landmarks: MEV/MAV/MRV per muscle (Israetel/RP, validated by Schoenfeld 2017). Periodization phases: accumulation → transmutation → realization → deload (Issurin 2010). Recovery debt detection from Walsh 2021. Energy balance from Hall 2013. Protein dose from Morton 2018. PR projections from least-squares regression with confidence tiers — high confidence requires R² ≥ 0.7 and ≥10 weeks of data, not vibes. Track everything. 350,000+ foods. Barcode scanning. AI meal photo analysis. Voice meal logging. 200+ curated exercises plus the free-exercise-db catalog. Auto PR detection. Plate calculator. GPS run tracking. Sleep, weight, body measurements, water, cardio. Vertical jump as a chartable PR. Eight life strands. Fitness, Looks, Career, Style, Social, Character, Intelligence, Homemaking. Daily quests target your weakest strand. 25 badges across 5 rarity tiers. 14 pre-built 30-day challenges. Avatar gear, outfits, and auras unlocked by progress. 23 knowledge quizzes for Intelligence XP. Auto-generated weekly progress reports. Leaderboards. Accountability partners with a social feed. Block and report tools. No metric is invented; everything maps to verified percentiles. Free to play. Premium ($9.99/mo, $79.99/yr, $199.99 lifetime) removes daily limits on AI coaching, meal scans, and workout planning. Adds the muscle heatmap state view (primed / growing / at risk / losing per muscle), the wardrobe section, cross-strand AI insights, and 10 gems a day. Science-backed scoring. NHANES body composition. US Census CPS income percentiles. Federal Reserve net worth. Pew reading and religious surveys. Cooper Institute fitness norms. NORC occupational prestige. Every level you see is a real percentile. Webbr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
