Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Low Resolution Camera at 100% against ローカメ's 50%. Low Resolution Camera also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 16 months). ローカメ's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.1 vs 17.6). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
