Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Brujas at 5.0 against Dr Kate Tomas's 4.7. Brujas also leads on ratings volume (110 vs 15) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brujas sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $44.99 per month and Dr Kate Tomas sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Brujas holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brujas has 110 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 98% of Brujas's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dr Kate Tomas's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Brujas ships an update every 4 months, Dr Kate Tomas every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and September 14, 2026 respectively.
