The program consists of 9 progressive modules, each carefully crafted to build emotional awareness, reduce anxiety, and promote long-term mental resilience. To begin, you’ll start with Module 1, which is completely free. This gives you the chance to explore the app’s method and see how Zoltecs fits into your life.
