Kettlebel is a kettlebell training app that generates personalized workouts based on your goals, equipment, and recovery status. INTELLIGENT WORKOUT GENERATION Choose your training goal — Strength, Hypertrophy, or Conditioning — pick a duration (15, 35, or 50 minutes) and intensity level. Kettlebel builds a structured session with warm-up, working blocks, and cool-down, selecting from 78 exercises matched to your available equipment and preferences. HEALTHKIT-POWERED READINESS Kettlebel reads your heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep data from Apple Health to calculate a daily readiness score. The app recommends workout intensity based on how recovered you are — push hard when you are fresh, dial it back when you need rest. PROGRESS TRACKING Track volume trends, muscle group balance, and personal records over weeks, months, and quarters. Rate each session with RPE scoring. See your training streaks, unlock achievements, and hit journey milestones as your practice grows. 78 EXERCISES WITH VIDEO Every exercise includes muscle engagement maps, movement instructions, coaching cues, and video demonstrations. Filter by equipment (kettlebell, dumbbell, bodyweight), difficulty, and target muscles. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Start and track workouts from your wrist. Heart rate monitoring, live session data, and automatic workout logging to Apple Health. ALL DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No accounts, no servers, no tracking. Your data lives on your device and syncs only through your personal iCloud. SUBSCRIPTION Kettlebel Pro unlocks unlimited workout sessions for $3.99/month. Free users get 1 session per week.
