Orthelligent Home vs SMHS 2025

Orthelligent Home supports your training after orthopedic and/or trauma surgery diseases. The Orthelligent Home app guides you through the various movement exercises and tests. The associated sensor records movement parameters, the app analyzes them, evaluates them and then gives direct feedback. These analyzes and evaluations provide conclusions about the individual healing process. For evaluation, the measurement results of the injured side are compared with the opposite side - this value is shown in the app as a FIT index and can show the course of therapy more clearly and objectively with further information in the course analysis. Internationally, the Limb Symmetry Index (LSI) is used here. The FIT index or LSI can also be further analyzed in subcategories, which are then displayed in different colors per category. The integrated training program provides support in the home environment.
