Patrolr is the field app for security officers. If your security company runs on Patrolr, this is where you log your shift. A Patrolr account issued by your employer is required to sign in. This app is for guards only — supervisors, admins, and clients use the Patrolr web portal. WHAT YOU CAN DO Go on duty See your assigned sites and your current on-duty status the moment you sign in. Your home screen shows patrol progress and a live feed of your recent activity. File hourly check-ins Log routine security checks during your shift — perimeter sweeps, lock checks, equipment checks, alarm checks — each with a clear status: All Clear, Issue Found, or Requires Attention. Report incidents properly Choose the incident type and the form adapts to it, so the right details get captured every time. Supported types include trespassing, break-in, theft, vandalism, suspicious activity, parking violations, property damage, medical emergencies, fire and safety, and police on site. Capture evidence on the spot Take photos or record video directly in the app and attach up to 8 items to any report. No switching to your camera roll, no texting files around after the fact. Submit patrol and inspection reports Log patrol phases and areas with severity ratings, plus structured equipment and vehicle inspection checklists. BUILT FOR REAL SHIFTS Dark theme by default. Large targets. Designed to be usable one-handed, at night, standing up. Reports submit fast and confirm clearly, so you know the work is logged. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR REPORTS Everything you submit flows into your company's Patrolr workspace, where supervisors review it and it becomes part of the daily activity record for the site. Your reporting is the proof that the patrol happened. REQUIREMENTS - An active Patrolr account with the Guard role, provided by your employer - Your company's Patrolr workspace name - An internet connection to submit reports and upload media Patrolr is a product of Loxen. Questions about your account should go to your supervisor or company administrator.
