Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Annual Ring at none against 碎碎记's 2. Annual Ring also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). 碎碎记's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
