Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Miss Elite at 5.0 against Narrative Summit's 1.0. Miss Elite also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). Narrative Summit's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Miss Elite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Miss Elite has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Miss Elite ships an update every 4 months, Narrative Summit weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
