Beeology Labs is the field desk for serious beekeepers — a calm, fast instrument for the one workflow that decides your season: get in, read the colony, and walk away with evidence you can prove later. Forty-five seconds at the hive. A season of evidence on demand. Built for sideline and commercial-lite beekeepers running dozens to hundreds of colonies, Beeology Labs turns every hive visit into a clean, timestamped record — and makes sure the follow-up you can't afford to forget never slips. FAST INSPECTION • Capture a full colony read in under a minute: tap field chips for queen, eggs, brood, cells, stores and mites, then drag score bars for strength and temperament. • Attach a photo and a voice note. Voice memos are transcribed privately, on your device. • A live capture timer keeps you honest against a 45-second target — built for cold hands and gloved fingers. NEVER MISS A TREATMENT FOLLOW-UP • Log a varroa or disease treatment across a whole yard at once, with a mandatory follow-up date. • Get a Time-Sensitive reminder, a mirrored event in your Calendar, and a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so the recheck is impossible to miss. EVIDENCE ON DEMAND • Generate multi-page Evidence Pack PDFs for vets, buyers and inspectors. • GPS coordinates are redacted by default — your yard locations stay private unless you deliberately include them for a trusted recipient. SEE THE WHOLE OPERATION • Track queens and replacement candidates, lineage, and per-colony performance. • Log harvests with contribution, moisture and lab certificates. • Watch the numbers that matter: mite counts and trends, hive weights, colony activity, yard temperament and harvest rankings. • Weather built in — every inspection is stamped with conditions, with hourly forecasts and alerts to help you pick your window. PLAN THE SEASON • Seasonal checklists, wintering readiness, brood and queen-rearing calendars, tasks and schedules. • Log swarms, stings, pollen and forage; keep an equipment register and a field journal. A REFERENCE LIBRARY IN YOUR POCKET • Dozens of built-in field references — bee biology and diseases, brood patterns, varroa products, queen rearing and marking, smoker technique, honey extraction and moisture, splits and nucs, swarm catching, wintering and more. • Beekeeper calculators for the math you'd otherwise do on the truck tailgate. MADE FOR iPHONE AND iPAD • A universal app. On iPad, the Apiary Cockpit gives you a multi-yard command view with split-screen detail. • Find any colony or yard straight from Spotlight search, Siri, or a long-press on the app icon. • Capture works offline — record at the hive whether or not you have signal. Beeology Labs is a record-keeping and planning instrument, not veterinary advice. It helps you observe, log and remember — the decisions stay yours.
