このアプリは、配送ロボットFORROのマンション向け配送サービスアプリです。 FORROが導入されたマンション居住者の方が、お住いの住居へ配送ロボットを呼び出し、駐車場などに荷物を自動配送することが出来ます。 ■アプリの使い方 【０．利用環境】 ・iOS：17.0以上 ・端末機能：Push通知 ・利用場所：FORRO PORTERが導入されたマンション物件 【１．初期設定】 ・アプリをインストール後、携帯電話番号で登録を行ってください。 ・お名前、お住いのマンション情報を入力してください。 ・画面に従って、マンションオーナーであることの本人確認を行ってください。 ・利用規約、プライバシーポリシーの同意を行ってください。 【２．使い方】 ・アプリをインストール後、ホーム画面が「依頼受付中」の場合、ポーターサービスをご利用になれます。 ・「配送先を指定する」ボタン押下すると、お住いの住居から配送可能な場所が表示されます。 ・配送場所を選択して「依頼する」ボタンを押下すると、ロボットがご自宅まで集荷に来ます。 ・ロボットのタッチパネルに従い、荷物の積み込みを行います。 ・ロボットのタッチパネルから配送開始を行うことで、目的地まで荷物の自動配送を行います。 ・目的地まで到着したら、アプリから開錠を行い、荷物を取り出してください。 ・取り出しを完了したら、ロボットタッチパネル上の配送終了ボタンを押してください。ロボットが充電ステーションへ帰還します。
