ACC GroundOps is an enterprise-grade mobile solution developed for the airline industry, supporting Technical Ramp Control (TRC) and AirSide operational teams in managing aircraft ground operations. The application provides real-time operational oversight of airline aircraft turnaround activities, improving coordination between operational stakeholders and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making during critical airport ground handling windows. Within the airline operational environment, precise timing and coordination between multiple teams are essential to maintain on-time performance and operational reliability. GroundOps centralizes operational data, enhances situational awareness, and streamlines execution across ramp and airside workflows. Key Capabilities: • Real-time visibility of airline ground operations • Centralized monitoring of aircraft turnaround milestones • Enhanced coordination between TRC, AirSide, and airline operations control teams • Improved disruption handling within airport environments • Integration with airline operational data sources GroundOps is built to operate in high-pressure airport environments where precision, safety, and timing are critical. By digitizing airline ground operation workflows and consolidating live operational data, the app supports increased efficiency, improved on-time performance, and stronger operational control. Important: This application is intended for authorized airline and ground operations personnel only. Access may require organizational credentials and backend system integration.
