Centrul de Proiecte Educaţionale şi Sportive Bucureşti – PROEDUS este un serviciu public de interes local al Municipiului București cu personalitate juridică, finanţat din subvenţii de la bugetul local al Municipiului Bucureşti și din venituri proprii. Grupul țintă al PROEDUS este format din preșcolari și elevi cu vârste de până la 20 de ani din Municipiul București sau înscriși într-o instituție de învățământ de pe raza Municipiului București. In addendum fac parte din grupul țintă și: părinții, bunicii, cadrele didactice, personalul didactic auxiliar și orice susținători legali ai minorilor.
