Stay composed and keep track of your drinks! Maintain a moderate (low-risk) level of alcohol consumption while also finding motivation to drink less and save money. With DrinkLog, you can monitor, comprehend, and make positive changes. Unlike other apps, DrinkLog demystifies units of alcohol (standard drinks) in a way that helps you truly understand the guidelines for moderate/low-risk alcohol consumption. Consider DrinkLog your personal alcohol consumption diary, enabling you to easily track what you drink and when. This accountability is crucial for making positive changes such as reducing the frequency, opting for lighter beverages, or even embarking on a sober streak. Instead of mindlessly consuming beer, wine, or spirits without considering their actual impact, DrinkLog empowers you with knowledge about the drinks you consume, including their alcohol content and calorie count. Whether you need to cut down on alcohol under the guidance of a doctor, save money, or lose weight, tracking your drinks will support moderation and help you achieve your goals.
