PlaneBase is the dedicated marketplace for aviation scale model collectors — the first platform built exclusively around this hobby. Every listing on PlaneBase is aviation. Scale models, decals, accessories, and custom builds, listed by collectors who care about the same things you do. Browse thousands of listings filtered by the vocabulary of the hobby — scale, airline, manufacturer, aircraft type, and condition grade. Find the model you've been hunting for years, or discover something new from a seller on the other side of the world. Every purchase is protected by buyer escrow — your payment is held until your model arrives safely. If something goes wrong, our dispute system is built for collectibles, not returns. List your models in minutes. Set your price, condition grade, and shipping rates. PlaneBase takes 5% on the sale price only — no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no percentage on shipping. You keep 95% of every sale. The Custom Hub connects buyers with verified custom model builders. Submit a brief — aircraft type, airline, livery, scale, reference photos. Receive a quote. Pay securely. Watch the build through progress updates. Confirm delivery. Every commission is protected from first message to final delivery. List models with a reserve price and countdown timer. Buyers bid in real time. Winner pays, seller ships, PlaneBase handles the rest. 44 countries Sellers from 44 countries can list on PlaneBase. Buyers can purchase from anywhere in the world. Shipping templates with eight destination zones — UK, Europe, North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand, East Asia, Middle East, and Rest of World — mean accurate shipping costs at checkout every time. PlaneBase is in beta. We are building in public, listening to the collector community, and shipping new features every week. If you have been selling on general platforms and paying 13% fees for a search experience that buries your models between unrelated listings — PlaneBase was built for you. The aviation collector community finally has a digital home.
