xDock by nuVizz is a crossdock management app that assists in functions like receiving shipment and movement of reverse logistics - receiving returns and transferring returns. It extends the door to door delivery management capabilities provided by nuVizz platform into operations performed within four walls of carrier hubs, crossdocks and warehouses. xDock app is typically used inside a hub or a crossdock. xDock app provides the following capabilities to the hub/crossdock personnel. - Receive shipment into the warehouse/hub - Scan receive product - Capture exceptions - Receive Returns - Scan receive return products and reusable assets - Capture exceptions - Transfer Returns - Scan transfer returns to the shipper xDock app is typically used in conjunction with our industry-leading delivery management platform by nuVizz. It provides the ability to track shipments and movements of inventory across the entire supply chain going through multiple legs (shipper DC, carrier hubs, end customer) and track reverse logistics all the way from the customer back to the carrier hub and shipper warehouse. xDock runs on iPhones, iPads and iPad Mini.
