With our first of its kind, transparent and collaborative app, we’re connecting subcontractors and tradesmen, making it easier for subcontractors to manage and pay their workforce. In time, we’ll be connecting subcontractors to main contractors and developers too. Konstructly allows all stakeholders (business owner, all managers and tradesmen) to be on the same page and remove duplicate work and human error by providing a transparent, fully attributable work log/review and payment system. Using this unique system of transparency and data-driven approach to workforce management, subcontractors are able to increase accountability (and therefore efficiency and output) through improved, real-time visibility of who is responsible for what on site.
