In the book, he shares his methods for achieving life's aspirations, which I summarize into the following five points! Firstly, you must choose what you pursue, what your goals are, and they should be clear and specific. Secondly, identify the obstacles and their root causes that hinder the achievement of your goals. Conduct thorough and essential thinking to identify the key points needed to achieve your goals fundamentally. Thirdly, plan the strategies to achieve your goals and break them down into specific tasks that can be executed. Lastly, execute the tasks resolutely until you achieve the final results." Based on the above, OrderOkr was born! 【OrderOkr is specifically designed for goal achievement】 Goal Management: It adopts the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology, which is widely promoted by major internet companies like Google and ByteDance. It allows for setting goals periodically (Objectives) and identifying the fundamental Key Results based on those goals. During the process of goal attainment, progress and completion status can be recorded, making it convenient to track the rhythm. Task Planning: It incorporates the GTD (Getting Things Done) task management system and utilizes the priority assignment based on the time management matrix invented by former US President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Tasks are categorized into four quadrants: urgent and important, urgent but not important, important but not urgent, and not important or urgent. Task Execution: It employs the Pomodoro Technique, recording each task execution session. Additionally, it includes a white noise function to help users concentrate fully on their work and block out external distractions. Time Tracking: For daily work, it is crucial to know how every minute is spent, which tasks and OKRs it is allocated to. Therefore, every minute is tracked and displayed in chart form for analysis, enabling more efficient use of one's time. OrderOkr is designed to be the most advanced productivity tool. It operates in cycles, facilitating the setting, tracking, recording, and reflection of OKR execution. It employs the OKR methodology for goal setting, task management for goal breakdown, and the Pomodoro Technique for goal execution. The process is recorded and statistically analyzed, presenting the execution progress and goal results in chart form. We hope it can also assist you in your path to success by providing the most advanced productivity tools!
