Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: iMarket at none against Mataa متاع's shown. iMarket also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 74%). Mataa متاع's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 58) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Mataa متاع holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mataa متاع has 1.4K ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Mataa متاع's written reviews are positive against 100% of iMarket's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mataa متاع ships an update weekly, iMarket every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
