Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Suptho at 4.7 against Roze Messenger's 4.3. Suptho also leads on ratings volume (18 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). Roze Messenger's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 88%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Suptho holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Suptho has 18 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Roze Messenger's written reviews are positive against 88% of Suptho's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Roze Messenger ships an update every 2 weeks, Suptho every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and July 7, 2026 respectively.
