Oikonomia helps the deacons and head deacons of Coptic Orthodox churches organize service for the altar and the choir — clearly, fairly, and on time. Built for the rhythm of church life, Oikonomia turns the weekly scramble of "who is serving what" into a simple, shared plan. Head deacons create events and services, assign deacons by hand or with smart auto-assignment, and keep everyone informed with instant notifications. Deacons see exactly where they are serving, confirm or decline, and keep their availability and skills up to date. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Plan events and recurring services for your church • Assign deacons to services manually, or auto-assign based on skills, availability, and fair rotation • Send each deacon a push notification the moment they are assigned • Let deacons confirm or decline assignments from their phone • Track attendance — who served, who was absent, and reliability over time • Manage each deacon's rank, skills, and preferred services • Record availability by day and time • Keep unavailable deacons out of the rotation • See church-wide stats: total deacons, average attendance, time between assignments, and more MADE FOR THE COPTIC CHURCH Roles and ranks reflect church life — chanter, reader, subdeacon, deacon, archdeacon — and each church manages its own deacons, services, and schedule. Whether your congregation is in Egypt or the United States, Oikonomia works in both English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support. SIMPLE AND RESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME Sign in securely with your phone number. No clutter, no ads — just a focused tool that helps the church serve well. Oikonomia means stewardship — the faithful ordering of a household. We hope it helps your church order its service with care.
