MonkeyChat vs BRB

This is a chat app that you will use everyday to stay connected with your friends and family. It's based on chat rooms and we do not require your contacts. Just create a room and share the room id with the ones you want to connect. We don't have "last seen" or "seen" notifications. If you don't want to enter your username, that's totally fine too! You can send messages anonymously.

BRB is where real friendships begin — through short video. We're more digitally connected than ever, yet loneliness keeps rising. BRB was built to change that. It's a friendship app designed to help you meet new people, form genuine connections, and stay close over time — no swiping, no matching, no pressure. Meet people through video, not photos Short video is how this generation expresses itself, so it's how you connect on BRB. Instead of judging a static photo, you get to know real personality, humor, and interests from the very first moment. It's a more authentic, more human way to meet new friends. Share your world with Stories Post short videos from your everyday life the way you would with real friends. Share your moments, stay in the loop, and let your personality shine — Stories keep your friendships alive between conversations. Keep the conversation going BRB is built for people who want to actually talk. Swap thoughts, plans, and everyday moments in chats designed to help friendships grow over time — not fade after a first hello. Built for friendship, not dating BRB isn't a dating app. There's no swiping to find a match and no rush to move off-platform. It's simply a space to meet new people, build real friendships, and feel a little less alone. Download BRB and start building friendships that actually mean something.
