Vardy is a complete workforce tracking system that runs on any smartphone — no extra hardware, no IT setup, no waiting. Open the app, onboard your team, and you're live in minutes. Every employee gets their own time-based dynamic QR code. They scan it to a manager's phone or a kiosk device to clock in or out. Each code is valid only for a specific time window, making it impossible to clock in for someone else. — Dynamic QR attendance Each employee's unique, time-rotating QR code makes check-in fast and tamper-proof. Works with a manager's phone or any kiosk device running the Vardy app. — Remote check-in / check-out requests Employees can send a check-in or check-out request with a single tap — the request lands in the manager's approval queue. Managers can optionally restrict this feature to a specific location, so requests can only be submitted from within a defined area. — Shift-based time tracking Define work hour ranges per branch or employee. Late arrivals, early departures, overtime — all calculated automatically against the assigned shift. — Real-time monitoring and alerts Get instant notifications when an employee misses a check-in or forgets to check out. Your attendance sheet stays accurate without manual correction. — Leave and absence management Managers log leave and sick days directly into the system. Each entry is tracked individually and automatically deducted from the monthly timesheet — no extra calculation needed. — Guest check-in system Send a link to your visitor. They receive a QR code by email and scan it to enter — no app download required on their end. — Hierarchical branch management Organise your locations in an unlimited-depth tree structure. Each branch can have as many sub-branches as needed, with its own schedules, managers, and permissions — all managed from a single panel. — Approval mechanism Make check-ins subject to manager approval. Even team members with a valid team code can't enter without explicit sign-off. — Custom entry form Require specific information from anyone joining a branch. Entry is blocked until all required fields are completed. From a small café to a multi-location chain, Vardy scales with your business. You focus on what matters — Vardy handles the rest.
