The app has access to multiple contact directories including your Cloud X directory.  We utilise the latest push technology, which wakes the app up on receiving a call. This technology reduces the impact on your phones battery life.

In addition to tracking objects in real time, it provides historical routes, sends notifications about events that may require immediate action, generate reports and much more.
