The Eventiful suite is designed for fairs and exhibitions. Visitors can register themselves at the entrance, then they receive a personalized bracelet with a QR code. Later, when a visitor visits your stand, you can use this app to scan their bracelet and instantly receive their data in a private database, accessible only to you.

The Paperless flowSIGN application developed by certSIGN allows remote signing, with legal value, of electronic documents, including the possibility of obtaining a qualified digital certificate for electronic signature through remote video identification. The solution can be used by both the business environment, to facilitate the activity of certain departments or the entire flow of documents in the company (signing internal documents and documents with partners, customers, suppliers), but also by state institutions, for debureaucratization and improving the relationship with taxpayers. Paperless flowSIGN allows extremely fast signing of a document by two or more people, with handwritten signature value, in three simple steps: • Step 1. Create the signing flow by uploading documents to the application, enter the e-mail addresses of the signatories in the order in which they will sign and launch the flow. • Step 2. Sign documents, with legal value, by accessing the link in the notification received by e-mail from each signatory, create/access the account and enter the unique OTP code sent on mobile. • Step 3. Download the documents after applying all the signatures, by accessing the link from the notification received by e-mail from each signatory, with the possibility of electronic archiving.
