Outside The Pan sends you a fresh menu of clean, whole-food recipes every Friday. Plan your week in a couple of minutes, shop from one short grocery list and cook step by step. No calorie counting. No hours of research. THE WEEKLY DROP Every Friday at 6 p.m. your weekly drop arrives: 15 new recipes for the week ahead, made up of 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners. - Each drop is a menu, not an endless feed - A mix of cuisines, proteins and effort levels, from quick weeknight meals to slow Sunday dinners - Recipes share ingredients, so the grocery list stays short - Tap Add to week on the meals you want. Choose the days now orlater OUR CLEAN STANDARD Clean can mean almost anything, so Outside The Pan publishes its definition. - Whole foods first: recipes are built mostly from foods that look like what they are - No ultra-processed ingredients (UPF), apart from a short public list of exceptions such as tortillas and wraps, stock and broth, unsweetened plant milk and curry paste - No fast food: a home-made version that passes the first two rules is welcome We use NOVA, a public scale that sorts food by how processed it is. Every recipe shows a whole-food score, for example 92% whole foods, so you can see what is in it at a glance. THE GROCERY LIST - One list for the whole week, built from the meals you add - Sorted by aisle, so you walk the store once - Clean-buying tips where labels matter, such as: Greek yogurt, choose plain and check for added sugar - Check items off as you shop COOK MODE - Every step read aloud, in order - Timers built into the steps that need them - Screen stays awake while you cook - On iPhone, ask Siri to repeat a step with messy hands THE SUNDAY RECAP Each Sunday, Outside The Pan shows the week you actually had: meals cooked at home and the different plants you ate. No calories, no weigh-ins, no streaks to break. YOUR DIET Tell Outside The Pan your diet once and your drop only shows recipes that fit. Supported: vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, kosher, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. Tags are a guide. Always check labels. WHO IT IS FOR Outside The Pan is for busy, health-conscious people who want to eat whole foods instead of takeout and ultra-processed food, without researching every recipe or counting calories. It is a good fit if you: - Want a plan for the week, not a thousand recipes to scroll through - Want to know exactly what is in your food - Cook at home and want it to take less effort It is not for you if you want calorie or macro tracking, a huge recipe library, or a plan for a medical diet. Outside The Pan is not a medical app and does not give medical advice. ---- Terms of Use: https://outsidethepan.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://outsidethepan.com/privacy
