Steady Today

You don't crash out of nowhere. You crash because the good days quietly cost more than they gave back, and nothing was keeping count. Steady Today keeps count, gently. Your day is 48 beads, one for every half hour. Fill in the slot you're in by answering one question — "How are you doing?" — and your energy starts to leave a trail. FOUR STATES, NOTHING TO LEARN - Charging — recovering, building your energy back up - Stretching — a productive push, growth mode - Crashing — running on empty, time to ease off - Resting — sleep, naps, and the wind-down that pays you back tomorrow Stretching isn't the enemy — it's how anything gets built. Charging isn't laziness — it's what makes stretching survivable. And a red bead is never a failure. It's information you can act on. DAYS BECOME BARS. BARS BECOME A PATTERN. • Today: watch the shape of your day while you're still in it • After a week: your seven days lined up against your own plan • What stands out: real numbers, like "46% of your beads were stretching" • Your rhythm: the hours your days usually run hot, and the hours you're usually charged up • Try this: one small, doable suggestion that fits what your week is actually asking for MEASURED AGAINST YOUR PLAN, NOT A GENERIC IDEAL You set the shape of a good day: how much charging, how much stretching, and a sleep schedule that fills in your resting beads for you. You pick your focus — stretch further, or charge more. Every insight is measured against that, so the app never nudges you toward someone else's balance. PLAN WHAT YOUR ENERGY CAN AFFORD Give a task an energy tag and your daily planning ranks it for how you're doing right now. The big push when you're charged. Something small and kind when you're not. Whatever you don't get to moves to tomorrow, no guilt attached. LOGGING TAKES SECONDS, SO IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS Log a bead straight from a home-screen widget without opening the app. Streaks reward steadiness instead of hustle, and your app icon quietly moves with them. YOUR ENERGY LOG NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE Every bead and every task lives only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, never shared, never sold. Only your account details, settings and streak sync, so you can sign in on a new phone and pick up where you left off. That restraint is the whole design, not a setting you have to go find. MADE FOR ANYONE WHO... • Runs out of steam by mid-afternoon • Is rebuilding capacity after burning out • Lives with fluctuating energy, fatigue or brain fog • Wants to grow without crashing Build steady days. Stretch wisely. Crash less. SUBSCRIPTION Steady Today is one subscription with nothing locked behind a second tier — every feature is included from day one. Prices may vary by region and are always shown before you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
