Ranch Rodeo turns the kitchen-table headache of building rodeo teams into a few taps. Keep your roster in one place, hit Generate, and get well-balanced teams — every time. Built for ranch managers, jackpot organizers, 4-H leaders, and anyone running a ranch rodeo who'd rather hit "Generate" than spend an evening with a notepad. ROSTER MANAGEMENT • Add riders with first and last name • Mark children and parents — children are paired with one of their parents on every ride • Track who has signed a waiver • Set how many rides each person is requesting • Give a rider a preferred team when they've asked to ride with friends • Mark a rider inactive to set them aside without deleting them — they stay on the roster but are left out of the teams, counts, and printouts • See running totals at a glance: number of riders, total rides, and how many teams you'll need SMART TEAM GENERATION Choose three- or four-person teams, then let the app do the rest. Riders who requested a specific team are seated there first. Every team is built with a comfortable wait between each rider's rides — nobody is asked to ride back-to-back. Children are spread across teams when possible, parents ride alongside their kids, and riders who requested extra rides are distributed fairly across the schedule. RIDER SCHEDULE A second view inverts the team list and shows each rider with the teams they're assigned to — perfect for answering "what teams am I on?" without flipping through team sheets. Prints as its own page-ready PDF. MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS The real world has scratches and substitutions. Move riders between teams or remove them entirely right up to event day. The app flags any team missing a rider or with an unsigned waiver so nothing slips through. PRINT & SHARE Tap the printer icon for a clean preview of either the team sheets or the rider schedule. AirPrint directly, save as PDF, or share with announcers, scorers, and pen wranglers. SAVE AND RELOAD ROSTERS Export your roster to email, AirDrop, the Files app, or iCloud Drive — then load it back next year. Also exports as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Numbers. WORKS OFFLINE Designed for the arena, where signal is spotty. Every feature works without internet, cell service, or Wi-Fi — adding riders, generating teams, editing on the fly, and even printing over a local AirPrint connection. PRIVACY FIRST Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no data sent anywhere unless you explicitly share or export it.
