The App must always be active in background for maximum responsivity. The connection with external devices is automatic and reliable. The user and authorized recipients are constantly informed about the operational status of the system and connected products. Emergency communication is reliable and includes data channels and SMS. Notifications require confirmations from selected recipients in order to improve communication security in all situations. The user location is constantly detected: in case of emergency, the live tracking feature provides location updates to authorized recipients. The user can also activate continuous live tracking for a selected time period. Location sharing is visible directly on a map or through periodic SMSes to authorized recipients. The user configures access permissions and grants remote access. Alarms activate both a real-time video call to the selected recipients and an informative SMS. Alarms can be activated via a "panic button" or from compatible D-Air Lab products connected through BLE. The App includes a siren-like ringtone. Alarm termination requires a secure procedure or can be remotely set by recipients. The user can always change the App settings and change the selected recipient contacts in case of emergencies.
