Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: 7 LAKES GOLF at 100% against USGA's 37%. 7 LAKES GOLF also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.1 vs 17.0). USGA's advantage is ratings volume (22K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
