Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: USGA at none against Fore Play Golf Match's 1. USGA also leads on ratings volume (22K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Fore Play Golf Match's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
