Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: AAAAXY at none against Nightmare Highway's shown. AAAAXY also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Nightmare Highway's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
