Workout Transferer
Read full descriptionHide full description
A simple app to read workouts from Health on one device, export them to a file, share them with another device and import it there to the Health app. This way workouts can be transferred in case a friend/training partner could not record the workout, but wants the route data on his/her device as well. Also helpful to transfer some workout data from a real device to a simulator when developing Health based apps. This project is open source. Check it out at: https://github.com/andre0707/WorkoutTransferer Since health data is not available on iPad/iPad this app also only works on iPhone.

Level up your body. Pick any calisthenics skill you want, whether you are starting from zero or chasing the planche, and Forma breaks it into steps and builds personalized workouts that get you there. Master an exercise and your program evolves on its own: the next step in the skill tree takes its place, and you keep climbing. LEARN COOL CALISTHENICS SKILLS A program built around your level and goals. Pick long-term goal skills and your training points toward them. A ROADMAP FOR EVERY SKILL Eleven skill trees cover pull-ups, rows, push-ups, dips, squats, hinge, core, planche, muscle-up, handstand push-ups and barbell squat. Every skill is a foundation for the next, so you can see the whole route from your first assisted pull-up to a weighted or one-arm variation. Reach your goals skill by skill. TRACK PROGRESS Watch your strength climb toward elite skills. The skill wheel shows how far you have come in every tree and which skill you are closest to leveling up.
