DLT GPS Notice คือ แพลตฟอร์มที่กรมการขนส่งทางบกพัฒนาเพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางด้วยรถขนส่งด้วยระบบ GPS แอปจะตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากอุปกรณ์ GPS บนรถแบบเรียลไทม์ และประมวลผลตามรูปแบบการแจ้งเตือนที่กำหนดไว้ ได้แก่ การแจ้งเตือนก่อนจะทำความผิด การแจ้งเตือนเมื่อกระทำความผิดแล้ว ในข้อหาของระบบ GPS รวมทั้งยังสามารถแจ้งเตือนรถขนส่งเมื่อเข้าใช้เส้นทางเสี่ยงหรือพื้นที่เสี่ยงได้ด้วย โดยแบ่งกลุ่มการใช้งานตามบทบาทออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ ผู้ขับรถ ผู้ประกอบการ และเจ้าหน้าที่กำกับดูแลของกรมการขนส่งทางบก
