About

HyperLink Dock

HyperLink is the dock scanning app for Castle-I logistics sites. It puts the whole inbound-to-outbound flow in the worker's hand: receive arriving freight, keep a live picture of every trailer, load outbound trailers, record damage with photo evidence, and audit what is on the floor. Dock Scan Scan arriving packages one at a time with the built-in barcode scanner. Each scan updates the package on the spot and shows the trailer it belongs to, with a running count of what is left to receive. Tap the last package to record a damage code. LiveScan Point the camera at a pallet and let it work. LiveScan reads every barcode in view, updates the packages as they are recognised, and photographs them automatically so every package has a picture on file. A results list shows what was scanned and lets you record damage on any package. Load Trailers Choose an outbound trailer and load it by sweeping the camera across the freight. The trailer shows loaded and remaining counts as you go, and each load is photographed. Packages that belong on another trailer are called out before they are loaded. Damage with evidence Every damage code is recorded with a photo of the damage, taken in the app and attached to the package, so a claim is never just a worker's word. Built for the dock Works with Face ID or Touch ID for quick sign-in, keeps scanning smooth on busy Wi-Fi, and holds photos and loads until they can be sent when the connection drops. Ford and Stellantis freight can be taken into possession from the dock. Packages reported short are recovered simply by scanning them when they turn up. HyperLink requires a Castle-I worker account.
