My Online Classes vs Nothin' But Notes

Online Classes is the best platform for online learning. In Online Classes, you can - attend live classes - participate in discussions - take tests - submit homework - get study materials - get performance reports and much more all in one place.

Nothin' But Notes turns sight-reading practice into a basketball arcade game. A written note appears on the ball in your hands. Play it on a real instrument — piano, guitar, bass, or a MIDI keyboard — into your device's microphone, and you sink the shot. Read the note. Play it clean. Nothing but net. No instrument? Turn on the on-screen keyboard in Setup and tap notes as they appear — perfect for trying the game, or for kids learning their first notes. WHAT'S INSIDE • An 18-level CAREER that builds you up one skill at a time: keyboard diagrams → note names → treble clef → bass clef → grand-staff intervals → playing rhythms in time • Quick Play modes: 3-Point Contest, Fast Break (play phrases in rhythm), H-O-R-S-E call-and-response, Knockout survival, Buzzer Beater, and an untimed Practice • Play your way: microphone (piano, guitar, or bass), a MIDI keyboard, or the on-screen keys • Real-time pitch detection tuned for slightly out-of-tune pianos and quiet acoustic instruments • A built-in chromatic TUNER with a cents needle and open-string guides for guitar and bass • Hoop around the world: a backyard driveway, NYC streetball courts, Venice Beach, and packed arenas — earn coins to unlock jerseys, balls, celebrations, and courts • Family-friendly: each player gets their own profile so the whole household can share one device PRIVACY Audio is analyzed on your device only. Nothing is recorded, stored, or sent to a server — ever. The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics, and no accounts. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone learning to read music — from total beginners on the white keys to bass players reading off the staff. Music teachers love it as homework. Parents love that it gets kids practicing without nagging. Read the note. Sink the shot.
