Keeping track of who needs to rotate and when can be a headache. Rotations makes it easy. Set up a buddy system for the entire shift in seconds, whether you're rotating outside order takers, expeditors, or any other positions. Simply configure the rotation schedule, and your team can check the app to know exactly when it's their turn to switch, taking the responsibility off your shoulders. For more complex setups, like rotating 1 person every hour and 3 people every 30 minutes, use iPad's Split View feature. You can run two instances of the app side by side, each with its own rotation, making it easy to manage multiple positions and keep everyone rotating smoothly.

About

Contact Queue

This app helps you manage follow-ups with your contacts by adding them to a rotating queue. Tap on a contact to call or text, and they'll automatically move to the bottom of the list. This allows all of your contacts to rotate to the top of your list and stay fresh in your mind. The recent tab shows who you have contacted in the last 7 days. The overdue tab shows contacts you have not connected with in 30 days or more.
