Create and customize drink types — hot or cold — and define parameters such as alcohol, caffeine, and sugar content. For hot drinks, you can also add extra sugar. Drink Note calculates personalized intake limits for water, sugar, and caffeine based on the data you provide and WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations. Get detailed statistics across three categories: water, caffeine, and sugar. The app calculates your average intake and assigns a level with estimated symptoms that reflect your current body state. All data is automatically synced with Apple Health, allowing you to integrate it into your overall health picture. All information is stored exclusively on your device and in iCloud. No data is shared with third parties. Our app is the perfect tool for anyone who wants to stay healthy and maintain an ideal balance.
