The application includes approximately 8,000 standard products. In addition to product images, sketches, diagrams, technical specifications and application parameters, videos of the tools are also provided. Product identification is quick and easy either via the ID number, via RIFD or via data matrix codes. However, LeitzXPert is not just tool knowledge for your pocket. The app also offers you calculation programs that use standard formulas to work out important tool application data such as cutting speed, feed per tooth, rpm or feed rate depending on the machine and workpiece.
