Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Alpha Linker at 4.3 against Cam Linker's 3.6. Alpha Linker also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 209). Cam Linker's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Cam Linker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Alpha Linker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Alpha Linker holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Alpha Linker has 3.8K ratings behind it against 209, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Cam Linker's written reviews are positive against 16% of Alpha Linker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Cam Linker ships an update every 5 days, Alpha Linker every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 7, 2026.
