About

Desk T

Features

A card for everything. Desk T is one surface for a scattered life: notes, lists, photos and PDFs live inside the same card. You never pick a type — you start with a card, and it becomes a folder as it grows. THE DESK • Everything sits on one root: the Desk. The order is yours; cards never rearrange themselves. • Drag a card: drop it at the edge to reorder. Drop it on the middle of a folder to move it inside. COLLECT • Send anything from the Share menu: links, photos, PDFs — they land on your desk as cards. • Scan paper with the camera; it lands as a PDF, searchable by its text. • Photos gather in gallery cards; files are found by name. FIND • Search finds everything: titles, text, the inside of scanned documents, file names. • Your cards also show up in the phone's own search (Spotlight). KEEP IT ALIVE • Put a date on a card; tapping the notification opens it. • Checklist items tick right on the tile; progress shows on the card's face. • The Cabinet: for things that are done but too good to throw away. Search finds them there too. • Shortcuts and Siri: "Add a note to Desk T" — capture without opening the app. YOURS • No account, no server, no tracking. Your cards stay on your phone and in your own iCloud; nothing is sent to us. • Your desk is backed up to your iCloud every time you leave the app — it comes back even if you delete the app or switch phones. • If you want, Face ID opens the desk only to you. • Export your whole desk as a single zip: folders as folders, cards as Markdown. • Lock private cards with Face ID; locked cards stay out of search and Spotlight. • Nothing ever deletes itself. PRICE Cards, notes, lists, folders and photos are unlimited and free — and always will be. Desk T Full opens the paperwork: files and PDFs, document scanning, exporting your desk as a zip, card lock. One-time, forever, no subscription.
