w8rk vs Datamind Agent

Good people know good people. w8rk is for people who get their best opportunities through someone they know. The job offer that came from a former colleague. The hire who worked out because someone you trust introduced them. The client who showed up because a friend knew your work. That's the network worth having. w8rk is where you build it. Your network isn't who you know. It's who knows your work. NOT ANOTHER SOCIAL NETWORK LinkedIn is for your public profile. Indeed is for sending hundreds of resumes. WhatsApp is for messaging your contacts. X is for broadcasting in public. Facebook decides who sees your post. Slack reaches your team, not their networks. Email is for reaching people directly. w8rk is for people who need each other. START WITH YOUR PEOPLE When you sign up, your feed is empty. That's the point. w8rk only works when you invite the people who already know you. Your colleagues, friends, the people who'd take your call. They invite theirs. It pays off the first time someone sends you the right introduction. POST AN ASK Need a job, a hire, a referral, or a contractor? Say so. The right person is usually an introduction away. POST AN OFFER Open to work? Got someone great to refer? Doing something you're proud of? Say so. The people who know you will know who to tell. INTRODUCE When two people in your network should meet, introduce them. All three of you land in the same chat. Either side can pass, no pressure. RECOMMEND Recommend up to 50 people whose work you know firsthand. Your name shows on their profile. You see who they recommend. Fifty people, each with their own fifty, makes it up to 2,500 in your trusted network. Update your list anytime. GROUPS Private spaces for companies, teams, communities, and alumni. The best hires and referrals usually come from inside. Groups put that to work. WHO THIS IS FOR People who want their next opportunity to come from someone who already knows them. Managers building their teams, founders, freelancers, recruiters, job seekers. Good people know good people.
