Participants are able to easily join in face-to-face conversations with researchers, while protecting privacy and encouraging interaction. Screen sharing facilitates engagement and allows for reviewing of apps, websites and documents easily and securely. Researchers and participants are able to chat back and forth with one another and timestamped notes can be easily recorded.
