About

ATracks

Features

ATracks records location, elevation, and step data for your outdoor activities. Data is stored locally so that you'll always have it, and data is synched to other devices with the same Apple ID so you can view your excursions on larger screens. Your data is stored in your own private iCloud account, and no one without access to your Apple ID can access that data. Step data is obtained from the Apple Health app, and is only recorded on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or Apple Watch. Step data is only imported into ATracks while ATracks is actively running on an iPhone or iPod Touch.

Most health apps show you data. VitalLens tells you what it means. Every morning, VitalLens reads your Apple Health data — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, wrist temperature and activity — and turns it into a single Health Today score from 0 to 100. No athletic jargon. No confusing charts. Just a calm, honest sentence that tells you how you're likely to feel today, and why. YOUR SCORE, YOUR BASELINE VitalLens grades you against yourself, not against averages built for elite athletes. It learns your personal normal over time, so a score means something specific to you. A tappable Why breakdown explains exactly what moved your number — in words that make sense before your first coffee. YOUR ENERGY, ALL DAY LONG The Energy Reserve is a live charge that mirrors your body throughout the day. It tops up while you rest and draws down as activity and stress accumulate. Check it any time on the app, your Home Screen widget or your Apple Watch to know whether to push on or take a breath. RECOVERY AT A GLANCE Each morning you get a simple status: Well Recovered, Recovering or Strained. It's drawn from your overnight HRV, resting heart rate, wrist temperature and sleep — the same signals sports scientists use, translated into plain language anyone can act on. FOUR GAUGES, ONE CLEAR PICTURE Energy, Stress, Heart Health and Sleep each get a plain-English gauge updated daily. Tap any one for a straight-talking explanation of what's driving it. Trend arrows and a 30-day outlook show you where things are heading, so you can spot patterns before they become problems. HABITS AND COACHING BUILT AROUND YOU The Habit Discovery engine quietly looks for personal correlations on your device — things like "your stress gauge is lower on days you walk more than 6,000 steps." No health data leaves your phone. The VitalLens AI Coach goes further: chat about any metric in plain English, or follow a guided Goal with a personalised AI roadmap built around your real numbers. EVERY WEEK, A HEALTH STORY Your Weekly Health Story wraps up the past seven days in a short, readable summary — what went well, what to watch and one simple thing worth trying next week. PRIVACY FIRST VitalLens reads your data from Apple Health. It does not sell your data, share it with advertisers or store your personal health information on external servers. Everything stays on your device or within your private iCloud account. VitalLens is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns. Start with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan, or go week by week with no commitment. Download it today and wake up tomorrow knowing exactly how you're doing. Terms of Use: https://nusli.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://nusli.app/privacy
