Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
365days holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of 365days's written reviews are positive against 100% of Time Vis's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
