GIVSUM POINT is a free point-of-sale app that enables givsum.com admins to quickly process their transactions from any location. The mobile app allows admins to quickly find their organization's opportunities and select tickets, items, and/or packages and process those payments. Transactions are processed through Stripe Bluetooth card readers or Tap to Pay on iPhone whenever a credit card is inserted, swiped, or tapped. All purchase data, inventory, and CRM data is relayed back to the organization's givsum.com ledger for a seamless purchase experience. The app is very easy to use and designed to make the rewards management as smooth as possible. Just download the app and fill a simple form. One of our representatives will reach out to you to finalize the subscription agreement. Once done, you are now officially part of our network - Manage Your Profile: It is important that you keep your shop's profile up to date. This way we can help customers find your shop easily and also feature your shop when possible. The app allows you to update general information, but to update the main business information please contact us - Reward Your Customers Easily We made it very simple and straightforward to reward your loyal customers. Everytime a network customer makes a purchase, they will show you their QR code that you will be able to scan quickly using our app. The app will automatically display the customer's details and allow you to input the relevant amount of points based on the purchase value. You can also take a picture of the bill for future reference and documentation. Once you click confirm, the app will immediately reward the customer their points and update your transactions history - Enable Your Customers to Redeem Pointsgram is not a cashback program, but customers would be able to redeem their points for an equivalent "discount" of their total bill. The discount is not to be paid by the shop at which the redeeming transaction happened. All the calculations will be done by Pointsgram, and all you need to do is to scan the customer's QR code, input the redeeming amount, and issue the bill accordingly. - Returns? No Problem We also allow you to refund rewarded points back to your account. Simply scan the user's QR code and input the value of the returned items. The amount will be automatically deducted from the user and your balance will be updated. - Transactions History To ensure transparency, we enable you to view the full history of all awarding, redeeming, and refunding transactions.
