The clearest difference is rating: LED light controller LED lamp at 4.4 against Boogey Lights® GEN2 APP's 2.0. LED light controller LED lamp also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 16 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 3). LED light controller LED lamp holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LED light controller LED lamp has 12K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of LED light controller LED lamp's written reviews are positive against 50% of Boogey Lights® GEN2 APP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
LED light controller LED lamp ships an update fortnightly, Boogey Lights® GEN2 APP every 16 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
