Ukrainian Soul. The Wisdom of Eastern Medicine. This app is created for people who want to do more than simply follow exercises. It will help you understand your body, notice its signals and choose the right practice for your needs. Daily Yin, Yang and Mix Practices The app offers three types of practices: Yin — gentle practices for relaxation, recovery and inner calm. Yang — more active exercises to support mobility, energy and strength. Mix — a balanced combination of movement, breathing and relaxation. This is dynamic content updated four times a week. You will regularly receive new exercises and practice sets for different needs and body conditions. Japanese-Inspired Kyo/Jitsu Test A special test inspired by the Japanese Kyo/Jitsu approach and the principles of Masunaga Zen Shiatsu helps make your practice more personal. Kyo — Your Support shows which body system or meridian may need more support, nourishment and recovery. Jitsu — Your Release shows where tension, overactivity or stagnation may be building up and where the body may need more relaxation and freedom of movement. Kyo and Jitsu are not viewed as separate problems. They are connected parts of the body’s overall balance. Based on your test results, you can choose practices for the relevant meridians using movement, breathing, self-massage, acupressure and Qigong. The test is not a medical diagnosis. It is a tool that helps you understand your body’s needs and choose your daily practices more consciously. Home Support for Bell’s Palsy The app also includes a special section with exercises for Bell’s palsy. These practices are created using principles of neurological acupuncture and consider the different stages of facial muscle recovery. Gentle movements, self-massage and acupressure can support your recovery at home. They do not replace a doctor’s consultation, medical diagnosis or treatment. Lectures About Your Body and Eastern Medicine The app also includes clear educational lectures to help you better understand your body: how it responds to stress and physical activity, why certain sensations appear, and how movement, breathing, meridians and daily habits may influence your well-being. My goal is not only to give you a collection of exercises. I want to help you understand the purpose of each practice and what your body truly needs. The app was created by a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Medicine practitioner, with a Ukrainian soul, professional knowledge and deep respect for the traditions of Eastern medicine. Verdict
Kvitka LiLi and Fruit Timer are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Kvitka LiLi sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $100.00 per month and Fruit Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
