Verdict
The clearest difference is price: enScore at Free against MobileSheets®'s $15.99. enScore also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days). MobileSheets®'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (66 vs 5). On ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
